Hopped kombucha is something else. Our speciality – somewhere between a beer and a farmhouse cider or maybe a sour beer. I mean it’s nice! A full, satisfying taste yet alcohol free.
Experiments with hops and kombucha really got our fermentalist heads whizzing round. Get it right and the taste is something else. We really do think it gives beer a run for its money.
We spent a year tinkering as there are more than 100 hops out there so getting it right took a little time. But bingo!
Having said that, it doesn’t mean we won’t sneak in the odd crazy hop now and again. We hope you enjoy the surprise.
