With every third batch of kombucha we brew a wildcard. This is a unique ferment spiced up with something special, something a bit more unusual. This might be berries, spices, seeds or herbs. Often seasonal, sometimes foraged from the fields, woods and hills running alongside the River Tay where we live. If the flavour comes from further afield, we will always source organic.
We will never add anything artificial or any preservatives to your Wildcard.
Try some Wildcards in your case. Once you’ve tasted, you’ll love them. But as is the way in Mother Nature, once they are gone, they are gone. Until next year anyway.
