Refund & Returns Policy

NON DELIVERY – if you haven’t received your order within 3 working days of dispatch please first follow the tracking code and if this does not satisfactorily locate your order then contact us by replying to your order confirmation email.

DAMAGE – if your kombucha arrives damaged please get in touch immediately by replying to your order confirmation email.

RETURNS

Because our kombucha is a perishable food items, we do not usually accept returns. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once your order has left the premises.

If a product fails to satisfy please return it with the original packaging stating your concerns. We aim to resolve any issues mutually. Please note our kombucha is a live, unfiltered product so yeast strands and small blobby sediments can form – this is completely harmless and is your kombucha trying to form its own new scoby.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be returned in the original protective packaging.
