DELIVERY
We charge £6.00 toward the cost of packaging and overnight tracked courier using APC’s Liquid Service. This service is subsidised by us – it’s quite expensive but we find it works well with much fewer issues than the other alternatives we have tried.
Generally delivery is next day except to more remote locations where deliveries are only every other day. Please note we generally ship on Tuesday or Wednesday to avoid any delays over weekends.
Orders over £60 qualify for free delivery.
PLEASE REFRIGERATE YOUR KOMBUCHA ON RECEIPT.
PLEASE NOTE – Due to complications surrounding Brexit, we cannot find an economical way to ship to Northern Ireland or the EU. We do hope we can find a solution to this.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – Unfortunately we currently cannot offer international shipping.
NON DELIVERY – if you haven’t received your order within 3 working days of dispatch please first follow the tracking code and if this does not satisfactorily locate your order then contact us by replying to your order confirmation email.
DAMAGE – if your kombucha arrives damaged please get in touch immediately by replying to your order confirmation email.
